The device can be transported in an upright position with the test cartridge inserted.
The transport cartridge should be used for longer transport routes, e.g. from us to the customer or if it is returned to us for maintenance etc.
In addition, the transport cartridge should be inserted into the device if you plan not to use the device for more than a week. You will be prompted to do this by GENSPEED Immuno Report Software when you click [Standby Period] when closing the software. The software will then also guide you through the corresponding process.
